When we got to the run site, the sun was still rising. It was a great way to start the morning!

A pre-race picture, in case reconstructive surgery is needed to piece our bodies back together.

With the sun came lots more runners...

The first band of the race! It was very wise of the race organizers to place them before the first mile marker because it gave you that added push to keep going.

No, no, no! Run forward, not to the left! You can't take a shortcut!

Look how chipper Kimberley and Martha are! (Not to be confused with that not-so-chipper other woman at the far left who just looks scary.)

Who doesn't love cheerleaders? These highschoolers knew how to keep everyone running!
