The important thing, even on a "recovery" run, is to get mentally prepared for the run.

In the background, Randy is letting Manda have a drink out of his hand. Kelly and Gelareh look angry about this for some reason.

Coach Krista, in a fit of boredom, tells us to "just run wherever the hell you want, it's all good". The group immediately begins fantasizing about running to Krispy Kreme.

"Does anyone have the slightest idea where we're going?"

The group seems far too chipper for it to only be 7:30am by this point in time.
