...the real halfway point!

Determined to beat Julie and Emily at something, I made sure I was the first to run over the halfway line. Of course, a second later, they followed me over and we had lots of, "I'm tired, let's just head back now" jokes. They seemed hysterically funny at the time!

This church's way of working the marathon into their weekly message amused us to no end.

You have no idea how excited we were about finally getting some shade. (I look distinctly cross-eyed in this picture. Hmmmmmm.)

Some houses had definitely gotten into the marathon spirit.

Ok, we're already moving at a snail's pace, what's one more picture with Susan at this point?
