Originally I was going to swim Friday and run Saturday. Then a malfunctioning alarm kept me up for most of Thursday night, and I spent Friday in a groggy haze, to the point that I crashed Friday night and slept a ton well into Saturday. Ah well. On the bright side, Charlie got my lazy butt up and out for a run down into Rock Creek Park, heading north into Maryland before coming back. Nice weather (a little warm even), but boy, those hills may seem not like much in a car but they kicked someone’s rear today.
